This is a staffing / consultancy company, which make a job offer with s/w development company from all over the india.
The job type mostly by contract to hire. They said, "Initially your contract will be 6 months, between the period your moved to permanent staff of your employer no worry." But you will be worry after few weeks. After that you will be terminated. & they not attending your call further. So be careful if any E-mail / calls you received from Jconnect kindly avoid it.

Very bad consultancy. only post in comapany then forget about employees and promised for 6 months contractual period and over before 3 months without any notice.

Hi friends, please dont believe jconnect just like that. They ruined my career. Think twice before you step in.
Jconnect is a fraud company.They recruit for MNCs giving big salary offers initially and when they get another candidate for lesser amount they will turn their backs on the initial candidate.Basically they just want to make money from the candidates salary.They take atleast 50% of the employee salary as contractor fees every month.Very bad company with no ethics at all.Never join this company. Very tricky people running this company.
