My husband and I are just opening a boutique in Gatlinburg we have been trying to stock and place product for our grand opening. JD Closeouts were aware of our needs and we complied with their terms for wire transfer against our better judgement...what a HUGE mistake! Before agreeing to send the wire I confirmed with Millie that the product would be in our store before Friday for our Grand Opening on Saturday. After receiving our money Millie then tells us it will be another 7-10 days before we get the product. When my husband tried to talk with her about it she became abusive and belligerant and hung up the phone on him several times. We did speak with Lenny who attempted to help us but it seems this company has no desire to deal ethically with its customers. We are still trying desperately to get our money returned despite multiple promises from the staff. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT NEEDS...THEY WILL SCAM YOU!

Just so that everyone knows what the real story is here, I would like to comment on this post.
I am an associate at JD Closeouts and have been aware of this particular situation.
Millie has been more than professional when dealing with this customer, but the customer has been nothing but a large headache for the company.
The fact that they misunderstood the communication is besides the point. As far as professionalism goes, I cannot remember hearing a less professional conversation with any customer in my many years in sales. When an issue first arose, the customer began his call by yelling at the top of his lungs to Millie, the sales person and using all sorts of foul language. I, myself was on the receiving end of one of these tyrades and I was not even involved in this order.
Anyone who is a professional and decent human being understands that you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinnegar and as far as I can tell, Jerry is full of...vinnegar.
If you have a complaint, be reasonable, be professional, be courteous, and ask nicely.
The customer expected JD Closeouts to drop every other customer, jump ahead of other orders and have us send a small order to them within three days from Florida to Tennessee. It takes three days by truck for the truck to even get there. What about time to prepare the merchandise? what if the truck breaks down en route? What about other customers that were ahead of them?
Besides all this, the customer decided to give themselves a discount of $25 without the company's permission.
It is unfortunate that some people do not have the ability to speak using a higher level vocabulary and must resort to using profanitiy and throwing temper tantrums when they don't get their way.
These folks are uneducated at best when it comes to business practices and Jerry would do well to take some anger management classes.
I had same experience with Millie, once JDcloseouts got the money wired they just forget about the original deal and do what ever is profitable for JD Closeouts. Beware and avoid JDcloseouts
TIRADE not TYRADE and VINEGAR not VINNEGAR -how professional you are in evident buddy! And nthen you have the cheek to talk about another person's vocabulary? Seems to me you need to work on your own spelling and education first.
I wish I read these reviews before I did business with JD Closeouts. BEWARE! In fact if they continue to do business the way they do it now they will be closed and out. lol
I have dealt with the company before, the state consumer protection services or FBI should really look into this company. Cannot believe scammers getting away with it for years
I was fooled by this company too
I went there to get clothes to sell in my country in central america, very dissapointed because at the bottom of the pallet they put horrible clothes, OMG i wanted to die when i saw those jeans from the 80's, ripped tees and also they smell terrible beacuse some pieces had mold.
Nothing i could send to my country, be careful with them, anyone here can suggest me a good company to buy clothing from?
Did you ever send them their product?
