My wife bought a 2011 SUV from the dealership with a Warranty
My wife bought a 2011 SUV from the dealership with a Warranty. Despite the car being under warranty, the dealership charges $55 for each service visit, even if repairs are incomplete. They acknowledged the error but won't refund us. Other customers implied our issue was due to discrimination.

They loved me in by telling me I was already approved and that all I had to do was come in and pick out my truck. Keyword truck. I sent paystubs, answered application questions and was told that they had a zero down and 2500 minimum for my trade in. I said I also had an additional $500 so I could make sure I received a truck as I needed one for work. I came in and was sat down for hours. Additionally the inexperienced girl didn't know what she was doing. When she tried to tell me I wasn't approved for a truck because I needed at least [protected] down. I stated that I had a trade that their website said it was worth a minimum of $2500 and that I also had $500. Then she sat me down for another hour and instead of her coming a large salesman told me to come talk to him. He said I would have to get a deferred down payment. I showed him the website offer of $0 down delivered and $2500 minimum for my trade. He said they don't have to honor that. He said it's just to get people in the door. When I got upset he got loud and aggressive. I don't appreciate the false advertisement, I don't appreciate the threatening manner he spoke to me with, I don't appreciate them treating me like trash because I have bad credit. I'm still a customer. I purchased a vehicle from another dealership and they were wonderful. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general for false advertisement as well. Do not shop here they are liars and bullies. When you stand up for yourself they get nasty.

Deceptive car dealership location
Visited a car dealership lured by a $0 down offer. After pre-approval and a 2-hour wait, they demanded $500 down. They then directed me to another dealer 100 miles away. The car had a lit check engine light during the test drive. Within a week, the car's battery failed repeatedly. They ignored the check engine error codes after changing the battery. They bombarded me with texts for additional references during my vacation. They failed to notify me when the title was ready and lost my references. Their constant calls and texts on payday to make payments in person, despite my preference for online payments, reflect their untrustworthiness. I would strongly advise against patronizing this dealership.

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.
I have had multiple issues with this company and its billing/payments
I have had multiple issues with this company and its billing/payments. I did fall a little behind once and even though I have made arrangements with Trina and her boss to make my payments higher than normal amount to catch up the ONE payment they say I am behind, they still do not honor their end and then attempt to use it against me. Also twice, Trina has admittedly processed the wrong payments and from the wrong bank account which resulted in my bank being over drawn. And yet, they still want to say that I am in the wrong. Also, my payment receipts give the amount if my layoff, however when I ask what my early pay off is for a certain day, somehow it is MORE than what the receipts state. So I believe they are practicing illegal activity and attempting to get more money then what is owed. I cant Bethel only one this is happening too.

My wife purchased a 2011 SUV from a certain dealership that included a Warranty. We've encountered issues with the car that should be covered under warranty, yet the dealership insists on charging us $55 every time we take the vehicle in for service. This fee is applied even when they fail to complete the repairs. Despite acknowledging the unfairness of the situation, they have declined to refund my wife's money. Conversations with other customers have led us to understand that our negative experience may be due to discriminatory practices.
I visited a dealership after seeing several Sorentoes advertised at a specific location, enticed by the offer of $0 down. However, this turned out to be a deceptive claim. Despite being pre-approved and enduring a two-hour wait, I was suddenly informed that I needed to put down $500. When it came time for the actual approval, the salespeople informed me that I would have to travel to a dealership 100 miles away, which would take an hour and a half to reach, revealing yet another falsehood.
During a test drive at the distant dealership, I noticed the check engine light was on, which should have been a clear warning to walk away. Within a week of purchase, the battery failed and I had to remove and charge it myself. It died again after just a day and a short commute. I incurred expenses to tow the vehicle back to their service center, where it was confirmed that the battery was defective. They had been aware of the check engine light but neglected to investigate the error codes, which later revealed an evaporation leak, leading me to question the overall condition of the engine.
While on vacation, the dealership bombarded me with text messages every 10 minutes, demanding an additional 15 references, which seemed excessive compared to typical background checks. When I went to collect the title for the vehicle, I was not notified that it was ready, and I was left waiting in the rain as a technician checked the vehicle's history, which indicated a low battery charge.
I was approached again by a finance representative for the 15 references I had already provided during my vacation, claiming they had been lost. According to the contract, that responsibility falls on the dealership, not me. On paydays, I receive incessant calls and texts urging me to make payments in person, but I prefer to pay through their website due to my distrust of their practices. Their mismanagement of references raises concerns about how they might handle banking information.
If it were possible to give a negative rating as a warning, I would assign them a negative five stars and advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment.
