Hi since last year July 2022 I paid 58500 to Jena&Sons Group for total makeover of my kitchen, bathroom, and TV wall unit
And in a period of 3 months my kitchen was half done bathroom tiles were cheap and toilet seat broke in less than 1 month no basin was installed no taps for basin only taps for bath were bought and installed. I then complained to the guy that I didn't like the tiles he bought me he laughed and said I didn't know what I wanted he asked me to buy my own tiles and that he would refund me till now he has not... he failed to give me a kitchen I paid for he gave me cheap doors that we didn't agree on we agreed that my doors would be mat shaker and I paid extra for that shaker kitchen as he said it was too expensive and that I should add 6000 I told him I didn't have that and he made me pay 4500 extra but he never delivered instead he says I owe him money but he has NVR came to see what his people did to my house.
TV wall unit nothing was touched till today since last year July... the guy is arrogant to don't want to explain himself instead he makes a joke out of me the guy operate as a ghost don't want to come see how his people installed but I paid him every cent he asked from me
Desired outcome: i would like you to help me find this guy and help me get my money back and also let people know about this group and that everything they sell to us on Facebook its all a lie
Please don’t publish fake review.We do have screenshots of what transpired and how you were treating our workers.We even delivered stone tops and when we wanted to install the installer found that you sold them and asked us to put wood tops.Secondly you were responsible for buying wall tiles but you didn’t buy any wall tiles for your kitchen
