I purchased a tempurpedic true memory foam mattress four years ago. For the last few months I have notice a sagging to the mattress and what seemed to be a breakdown of the mattress foam itself resulting in a silica like residue on the top of he mattress under the protective covering that gave my four and two year old a mystery allergic rash. I reported this to The Brick and they were given authorization to replace the mattress with the tempurpedic "flex" model I believe which has a pocket coil layer to it. It was delivered today and the pocket cool aggravates my husbands hips and neck injury from a previous MVA. A true memory foam is all that he can stand and we ar not happy. We were told the replacement was the exact same, were not asked to come and test the new mattress out and are now told we have absolutely no option and are stuck with a product we do not want.
