Jennifer Peden review: Harrassment

First of all, your personal information does not appear anywhere on this site. Your wishes were respected even though your story is seeming to change a bit. I will just complete your apology by posting the following excerpt from an email you sent me today and we never have to speak again:

“To Whom It May Concern:

I worked for this company only a few weeks but when they did not pay me for the work that I did I chose not to continue my employment.. At that time I was called and harassed by Victor Lewis my supervisor at the time. He asked for materials to be sent back along with the people I met. I explained to him that I had given him the list of people and I had no other materials except for the folder. At this time he proceeded to cuss me and then threatened to "stick his dick in my mouth" if I did not give him what he wanted. I asked if he was threatening to rape me at which time he replied "I will do whatever it takes to get my money's worth out of you. I know where you live and I will come to your house." I hung up on him and called 911 to report the crime here in Knoxville, TN. I also called the office and asked to speak with Victor's manager and was given Mike Martoe. He claimed he had never heard of me before...”

Apology accepted. Next time get your facts and names correct. Thank you.

Oh, and as for the other complaints you mentioned, I was never Lewis Victor's supervisor and we both work in different departments. So I'm not surprised I did not know you at first. I did find your cell number because we are a company and we do retain records on all applicants and if you listened to the message, it was a very sincere question, "Why do accuse me of these attacks?" That's all. We're all proud of your research, phone records and 911 call, but that never addressed the reason for my apology. Seems like your lawyers need to educate you a bit more. Again, thank you for the apology. I simply wanted you to acknowledge the FACT that I never spoke to you in the manner you described. I will not address any of your other ridiculous and irresponsible comments (you do need to use your spell/grammar-check, though). Naturally, if anyone with access to the World Wide Web goes to our South Florida BBB, they will find my name as the Director and assume I own the company (wrong). Therefore, that is why you see my name peppered into a search engine for me or the company I work for. Though some are mistakenly negative and misguided, there is nothing I can do about that. Again, thank you for the truth and good luck in the future.
