They regularly put significantly less meat on the sandwiches than is supposed to be on them. For example, when we weighed the amount of meat on sandwiches when we got home, we found weights ranging form 2 3/4 oz to 4 1/2 oz when it was supposed to contain 5.6 oz of meat. Getting less meat than required has happened almost every time we have been to this store. The employees are argumentative and condescending when asked to weigh out the meat when preparing the sandwich, even though a scale is conveniently available for them to use. They say things like, " we don't usually do that but we'll do it for you this one time". I've had with them and won't be back.

After bringing me back only half of my order . I ordered 6 sandwiches they brought back 3 only . I cam here the giggles and the oops talk in the background from their employees. So he gives me the managers number. I call ,he says call tomorrow I'm busy and hangs up . ..horrible ...Clarksville tenn ...
I tried to use the online order and it said it was down. I went to the store. Paid with a debit card and I hit no tip. I have two charges on my card pending a tip.😡🤬
