JES Foundation Repair review: Sub contractors not meeting expectations

Last month had a portion of my driveway lifted and all cracks serviced. the crew was a subcontractor who have never surveyed the job. The did a good job lifting the driveway but did not fill all the cracks and used a dark grey filler on a brown textured driveway. I know there is brown filler. I contacted JES on follow up call and email told them not really pleased. could they send someone out to fill a few cracks that the team missed and maybe put some brown filler over the grey mess. Never heard back. On top of that the subcontractors had the wrong balance due for the job.
