On 10 February 2022 I applied for a Jet Account. On the 17th I went back because I have not received any correspondence. The lady behind the counter said "It is probably declined". They gave me a number to call: [protected], maybe the call Centre people could help me. Whenever my ID number is punched in, it does not reflect. So, the call center lady told me that I probably applied at TGF and couldn't give me a number to call, told me to google it.
If this is the service you receive even before you have an account... by all means keep it.
P.s. I do not believe that my application was sent for approval, because to date I still have not receive any correspondence from either Jet nor TGF (28/02/2022).
