I had a flight canceled on the October 2021 (one year ago).
Jettzy told me once I needed to re-book a new flight to advise the new itinerary and travel date and they would help me to check and re-book. I tried to do this at least 3 times without any success. Either they would not reply to my email or when I insisted I would get a late response (after 3 weeks) when I had booked my flights already with someone else, plus they were ridiculously expensive. The minimum was to give a voucher that we could use or just refund the full amount of money.
