I signed up for 2 weeks trial period, for which I paid 2.99 euro. I did not realize that the two weeks trial would lead to a full subscription. The advert for the trial period did not make the compulsory subscription obvious.
When I entered for the trial, I did not realize I had to terminate this entry and also terminate the following monthly subscription that I did not realize I had gone into.
I got the impression that if I liked the 2 weeks, I could then sign on for the monthly.
When the debit transaction for the monthly fee was passed into my account I contacted the company that I did not subscribe for a month, they pointed out that the weekly trial lead to the month.
I could not terminate a subscription I was not aware I had entered
Desired outcome: I want a refund of the monthly subscription taken from my account. I did not want the subscription.
