JRK Residential Groups review: security deposit 1

My family leased a 2bd townhouse In October 2018 for $2, 570/month.After we were aproved and ready to sign the lease they said we have to extend lease term with 2 more months. That was to trick us into staying longer because nobody wants to move on New Years eve Dec.31st.anyway we had no options at that time, signed, lived there for 14 months and left the apartment when our lease ended on December 31st 2018 . Moving out on that day was not easy..We cleaned and left anything working, functional, yet nobody showed up for a move-out inspection. It has been a month now and they don't even plan to refund the security deposit of $750. No one returns emails, calls.When we go to the office we deal with the rudest customer service out there. Today i filed a complaint against this company at the Massachusetts Attorney General Office .
