Just Donated Inc. review: Currently have failed to return wrong title given to them.

I donated a Honda van and accidentally gave the tow truck driver the wrong title. He did not notice even after he looked right at it.
Just Donate Inc. contacted me saying there was a problem but nothing more.
I forgot to respond tot hem immediately as I travel for my job.
After finding out that they had the wrong title they refused to send my new car's title back to me before they received the title for the old car like I was trying to scam them.
I have returned the title but have not been returned the title for my new car and have been been able to get a response from them for over a week.
I have emailed 3 times on issue and called twice.
My last two email and one phone call have received no response.
