JustFly and Delta Airline review: Refund for the tickets purshase booking #[protected] 1

I have file my complaints to justfly regarding the purshase of the above mentoin booking for fly of five and I was told by larsen dsouza that investgation will be carried out and get back to me in one week. However, it is aready five weeks no reply. Please justfly should refund the money because the family only enbarked on such travel every ten years. I have also talk to delta representative about it and I was told that justfly did not book tickets for me and my family and I have also summit the bank statement for the payment..
