Sent Serenaregistered 2013/manufactured 2012, mileage153495km,without my knowledge. Instead. UkDVLA saying it is not hybrid and nearly failed MOT cos of 4 illegal tyres.
Wrong unit sent. Feel cheated. I have contacted japancartrade.com but not much has been done now 5 months.

Desired outcome: Sent a non hybrid, 100000km more mileage 2012instead 2014, 65000mikesNeed new unit with the right spec or refund or compensation.Feel cheated. Bought through japancartrade.com third time now.Feel cheated and lied.
