I won play on Gamevault and Milky way casino. On Milky way I won little over $400.00 and only received $60.00 I was told I forfeited the rest on Gamevault I won a little over $50.00 koiasked to cashout and they repeatedly asked for my cash tag and proof of winnings. I did as they asked several times. This went on for hours till the next day with several different employees. 2 text messaged me and 1 Facebook. The money disappeared out of my casino account within moments of me asking for a cashout. They made it seem like I was getting my payment. Well it's the next day and the cashier once again ask for my chime account tag. Tells me my account is too low to cashout. I argue with them on and off for hours. Which I feel was unprofessional. I never received anything this time.

Desired outcome: I want my winnings or I should get back every dime I deposited and played. They clearly had no intention of giving me any money I won or just part of it.
