EPSON SURE PRESS ISSUE

We are bag manufacturing company .We need to print barcode, name, and ingredient and nutrition fact information on film before making bags

We bought from Epson USA Sure press in October 2016 and installed in our facility in December 2016. We sent 210 asbx film to print information before our purchasing decision .They printed 50 lbs. material and send us for our review . Base on this printed roll we bought this press invested almost $225000 .From the day of installation Epson tried to print the same material in our facility. No one could print and rewind this material on the press they installed in our facility. We spent almost $25000 for material, supply, ink .All technical personnel giving up on this press to print 210 asbx film Everyone from technical department suggest different film to use. We are bag making company using $50000 worth of 210 asbx film every month to convert bags. From last October we are paying $1700/month as monthly maintenance contract. We hired graphic artist to run this press. Almost we lost $400000 from this investment which has not produced one commercial job. Epson is not responding .We are paying every month for maintenance and loan we have from PNC Bank. We need this press to return and need full credit as well as loss as a result of their bad practice to sale this unit which does not perform what they claim before our buying decision. We have all email as well as their response which prove they cannot perform the job which we were tempted to buy this press Last 60 days I have only two responses from their marketing people All technical support people avoiding our call and email. They don't have any solution to make our film workable on their press .

All technical people tell us this film is not workable and we have their email on this opinion.
