I have been a member for many years since 2011. I had recently purchased couple hundred million chips. I have been playing on this app every day few hours. I have made it to 2.8billion in chips. I only have (2) friends on the app. It’s part of the game when you play you don’t get to win every hand so you can bluff and try your luck to see if the other player folds.

I have won many many chips with this method and so as many other players bluffed and won. Yesterday I was playing with a friend of mine at the table. To be able to win the pro challenge I had raise a lot and few times my friend had called the hand. The point of doing a raise prior to flop is to try your luck.i had lost couple hands to my friend and other 4 players at the table. The support team blocked my account because I had lost chips to my friend. They said it was intentional. When you are bluffing a hand, you just have to make it seem you have the cards. I was given a verdict that my account is blocked for life and I can’t use it.

If I had truly violated the rule, I would respect the term and expect them to block my account for 24 hours from playing or 48 hours but to block it forever is totally unfair. This is the first ever violation so it too extreme. I never got to explain why I called the hands or raise hand etc. it was simply just an extreme and unfair punishment. If I knew loosing hands to a player that is in your friend list willl get you blocked I would never ever add anyone.

I am requesting the support team to please give me a chance and allow me to access my account back. It was an extreme effort to make it to 2.8B chip. My poker player id [protected].

I had lost any of my chips to a player that was not on my friend list than it wouldn’t have been flagged and I wouldn’t be in this mess. I really thought adding and playing with other players as friends is to enjoy the app. But I learn that wasn’t the chase.
