So, I gotta say that KappaCrew is a real piece of work. I was super stoked to get my order, but it's been four long months and they still haven't delivered. I was so excited to get my hands on those suits, but they're a total scam. I mean, come on, how hard is it to deliver a couple of suits?
I did get my free suit pretty quickly, but it was all downhill from there. The ones I actually paid $113 for? Still sitting in some warehouse somewhere, I guess. It's been a total nightmare dealing with these guys. Every time I call, they give me some excuse. First it was that my suits were out of stock, then they said they'd shipped them but they must have gotten lost in the mail.
I even went through their ridiculous process of picking out two more suits to replace the ones that never came. But guess what? It's been another two months and still nothing. Unfortunately, as of September 9th, I have still not received my order. This is beyond disappointing, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience as a customer of KappaCrew. To make matters worse, I have not received any updates or emails from them regarding the status of my order. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I would not recommend KappaCrew to anyone looking to purchase items online.
