I listed my home with a real estate agent named Karen Heesch in Austin Texas, she claimed to have 30 years experience and mu home was worth much less then the appraisal of the home. My home was sold and I later found a friend of Karen Heesch "Karen Heesch" had bought. Today I realize "Karen Heesch" is a fraud that cost me losses of over 300000 of the real market value of my home.
Beware of "Karen Heesch" if you see her photo and you see her in person, she does not even look alike, she is an old, old scammer.
If you hire "Karen Heesch"you may lose hundreds of thousands in the sale of your home like I did.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Laura Wiliams is an anonymous name...not the true name. The comments are bogus. This person has never been a client of Karen Heesch. The person writing this has been identified and had representation by another agent. This particular party had severe mental/emtional problems. If one is to believe that someone sold their home for $300, 000 less then value. Absurd. Please check w/Texas RE Commission and their website. Never a complaint against Ms. Heesch. No one could stay in business for 30 years.
These sites need to be monitored for truth. As is the case with most sites, they are avenues for people who do NOT have a legitimate case. Always check with Professional Organizations and/or BBB. Thank you. Karen Heesch
