Booked to stay there 30/12/22-05/01/2023.
Cracked tiles along bathroom wall.
Run down condition of bathroom.
Broken tiles along the outside corridor leading to main door/safety risk to users. Dark corridor with open broken tile holes are safety risk.
Bedside Light switch not connected (have to push and pull out plug to on and off the light). See insulation tape for electrical wire connection.
Only 1 deck-chair for balcony! WhT am I to do , share 1 with family?
Loose roofing sheets making banging noises during windy conditions at night. Could not sleep well for 2 nights.
Poor, basic breakfast.
Wooden planks rotten for bridge used by residents over the drain also safety risk .
Couldn’t stand it any longer & informed management on 1/01/23 I will check out 02/01/23.
Booked and stayed at another hotel next door.
Asked for refund but management said you will have to go back to AGODA. Upon check out asked for receipt but they said not necessary and not applicable as it is problem to settle with AGODA.
Agoda has not carried out its due diligence.
The hotel is equivalent to a scam.
Agoda should never have listed a hotel with poor such standards.
Come on Agoda get your act together!
