Kelkong review: Have not received shipment

I purchased 14 items from:

Amt: $35.87
+ $2.00 shipping insurance
+ $4.99 shipping.
Total Amt: $42.86 was debited from my bank account January 3, 2023.
1/3/23 Update Status:
Received email which included
Tracking Number: ZD8100455240CD.
FFW
2/23/2023 I clicked the Tracking #
The msg stated: This number can't be found.
I am unable to find any contact info for this company.
Reviews: Every one of them negative.
All stating: Never received, still waiting after 2 months, and purchased a few items, but only received one and that one was not even close to what I ordered.
Another stated the item received was used.
I want the items I purchased.
Or I want my money back.
I think this company is a complete fraud.
Can I press charges?
