Keller Williams has a rich history of recruiting agents with their wealth building model, and it works! Gary Keller is one of the most astute and genius business minds in the country, it's not wonder why KW is the #1 real estate company in the world. I was recruited here by Jody Sholeen out of the KW infinity office in Naperville, IL. I was unhappy with the officer manager at my old brokerage, and we clicked working on a deal together. Became instead friends, I even changed her contact info to "My Bestie" in my phone. She finally got me over to KW, said I would be on her team, and that would bring so much benefit to me, because Real Estate isn't my full time job, she sold me on the fact that "the team" would handle everything. So I gave up all my listings, my close friends and even family. She took over $30,000 in commissions off these deals, met her cap (at KW they have caps to achieve before they get to 100% commission). I was glad to help, she was after all my best friend, newly minted. Everything was great, then she had a change of heart with her mode of business, she wanted to spend more time with her family, whom I grew fond, great husband, great kids... so I supported that as any best friend would. She said she didn't want to have the team dynamic, which meant basically I wouldn't be getting any referrals, not like I got any at all. But I didn't mind, because she cut my cap in half. Then out of the blue, I get an email, stating Im off the team and my cap doubled. Not a single soul at this company got my approval or sent me anything warning of this. I reached to Jack Kelly, I of course was angry, threatened to leave if this wasn't resolved and he says you can leave. Do not trust this company blindly, do your homework and watch what you sign. These people give this company a terrible name and I truly hope they are aware of how much harm they did to a good person.

Desired outcome: That this branch look in the mirror and see that greed ruins relationships and hope that they can truly embody the spirit of KW, not this theft and deception
