We have a currently account with Thyssenkrupp. However we are not happy with the service. My elevator has been going out almost every week. We had a AAA at the property and said its faulty wiring from the elevator people. We had made so many calls to speak with the Manager but no one is returning our calls. We are with such a big open invoice but no help from anyone. Elevator is out right now Please help with us.
