KG Sounds review: vendorlockhosting website issues

I have the website http://www.kgsounds.com and I have placed PayPal codes on my website for orders and only the code will show not the button, I have submitted tickets to http://www.Vendorlockhosting to fix the problem and they will not answer. Their chat for support also does not work.
I have searched for Jeff Noyes all over the internet, I cannot find him. I am paying for website hosting and need my problems fixed.

I have contacted Jeff Noyes on many occasions and there is no reply.
