I have encountered significant challenges with Kia Finance, particularly with their customer service, which has consistently failed to resolve issues regarding my auto payments. From the beginning, there have been repeated errors, including problems with their automated system. The system fails to process accurate bank information yet imposes penalties for unsuccessful transactions, despite the correct details being provided. These recurring issues point to serious flaws in their service infrastructure.
Recommendation: Don't use Kia Finance
The same happened to me I did not sign up for auto pay I paid on time then they turned around and took out another payment. I closed my checking account so all that money would not come out I can’t afford it. Made my payment and now trying to charge me 100 extra dollars I’m not paying it worst company ever. I’m going to see if I can trade in my brand new Kia for something else cause this is a headache with them worst company ever do not finance with them you will be sorry
