Kimwigs review: Wig 1

I ordered a wig from this company thinking it was in the UK based on their UK e-mail address. When it eventually arrived it was completely the wrong size. They did not want to offer a refund or accept a return but, after much argument, supplied an address in China. They would not pay the return postage although they sent the wrong item. I paid over one third the original price to have it posted back but the courier contacted me to say they would not cooperate with them to accept delivery. I do not believe that they every intended to refund my money and now I have lost the original cost, the wig and the expensive postage to China.
