I ordered the Kinetic Pro Smartwatch, I very disappointed when I received it. It was of very poor quality and the when I tried to charge it it would not charge. I sent an email to, [protected]@buykineticsmartwatch.com to request a return shipping label to return the watch and to say I am also expecting a refund of the $98.92 I paid for the watch. I sent the email on January 25, 2022 and it is January 29, 2022 and I have yet to receive a response from this company. I have filed a claim with my credit union to assist in getting my money back.
I order the watch and ear pods on January 15, 2022 and received it on January 24, 2022. My order number is 856EF95383.
Desired outcome: I am requesting to receive a return shipping label and a refund of what I paid.
This company totally screws you over. They are charging me $39.99 a month for an APP that I NEVER subscribed to. When I email them they give me the brush off. Obviously a Chinese scam. The watch itself is actually fine but his APP service is where they are getting people. I am disputing this charge and hopefully my CC company will help avoid further charges.

SHAME SHAME SHAME on this company...I was already upset about the watch and now I get a deduction from my account for 39.99 for an app? What app and when did I order it? The answer is, I DIDN'T! I was all set to just eat the cost of the watch, which is not what they said it was, when I saw the statement from my card service.
I called a few minutes ago and was put on hold. After waiting for some time, a recording instructed me to leave a voice message which I did. Then I found the site to get customer service and found all these people who have complaints and evidently no satisfaction is forthcoming from the company.
I'm 73 years old and it looks like many of the people on this site are older people on a fixed income who just want to get something affordable to help them with their health. Instead, we are cheated on and lied to by a company with questionable ethics.
I can not believe it. This company is getting away with scamming and robbing senior citizens on a fixed income of our money, and no agency is doing anything about it.
PLEASE help us get our money back.
