Kinetic Pro Watch. review: I would like to get a refund of the price of the watch and the fraudulent charges.

It was advertised as a low cost alternative to the smart watches. When I ordered it, it came about 2 weeks later. I installed the software that came with it, into my smart phone. However, the software did not ever communicate with the watch. In none of the documentation or the "Help" on the web pages, did it mention any charges for using the watch. Because my wife pays the Credit Card bills, I wasn't aware of the additional charges which have been on three bills for $39.99 on the bills for April, May, and June. I have been careful in the past to prevent scams from the Chinese and Indians. I will be contacting my Credit Card company to cease allowing charges from Kinetic. I sincerely doubt that I will get any relief from Kinetic, because they are scammers. If you are able to help to get back at this crooked company, I will consider it a bonus.
