Bought brand new ran for 12 hours engine blew. King canada will not stand by their product. Terrible service and warranty. No where does it tell you not to run generator for any length of time. But they say this was the issue and there service company is mickey mouse.
Do not buy these Chineese made boat anchors.
I purchased a king canada generator 10000w guy at homehardware said they are good generator. I bought genertor in dec and when i got home power was on. I unpacked the generato this last massive power outage in ontario. The generator ran for 12 hours. Called king canada and was told to go to repair shop. Guy at King canada basically laughed at me when i said it ran 12 hours and said not suppose to run that long. I said my friend had Honda it ran for 2 days straight and was told its not a honda laughing. Home hardware wont do [censored] about it. Paid 1400 for this lemon and king canada wont warranty because it not suppose to run for 12 hours and no where in manual does it say not to do this. I tried to find hoemehardware main email but cannot find it. I will never buy another thing from homehardware .They should know these things are absolutely crap. I went to a closer king canada repair shop and he said he doent do king canada repairs as he didnt want to be associated with that name as they are garbage . When i took it to there repair shop hour away it was the most mickey mouse outfit i ever seen and was hour away from my location. I am so sick of big companies screwing home owners and you have no recourse at all. Thanks for the hunk of [censored] HH and i will be using every avaenue to tell people about your mickey mouse sales and leaving customers screwed out of money and product when it is needed most. If i didnt put oil in it or abused it i could see . You have to know this product is absolute [censored] but sell it anyway. If nothing is done you lost my business forever .

Would be nice if homehardware would step up and help with crap like this. All i was told was good luck.
