On 14th April 2021, we bought the enterprise phone plan from Kixie. Unfortunately, the product has not performed the way we expected or as promised by Kixie sales representative. We paid a total amount of USD$663 as annual payment. The specific problem with the product is that it does not give a bulk voice message sending option. We even tried to connect with the support team on numerous occasions but remained unsuccessful. After getting no help from Kixie, we requested the cancellation of our account with a refund. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund. Enclosed are copies of my records concerning this purchase. I look forward to a resolution to my problem.
