KL Industrial Supply review: Sandblasting Machine

In May 2015, I come to Jilin City, China to meet Leon Liu.I want to buy a blast machine from his company.He show me the blast machine in his workshop..after I see the products and tested, I agree to pay USD 3000 as a deposit for them to make the machine for me..
In June 2015 he say, the machine is ready for shipping to Malaysia..so I make a full payment for the balance by western union..until know I didn't recieve any machine from him..
