I have e-mailed klaussner twice and not had the courtesy of of reply re a lifetime warranty I paid extra for when I purchased my leather suite. The foam cushions need to be looked at and possibly replaced.
My husband assures me that whoever took over Klaussner, also would honour the extended warranties that people paid for. I am uncertain of this and seek urgent advice. Can you please help? I do not know where to seek advice.
