Knettles - Family Home review: Google nest doorbell

I had my google nest installed less than 6 months ago and it hasn't worked in the past 3-4 months, I have tried calling customer support for over 3 months, no one has helped. I get an automated call back and then it cannot recognize my accept prompt and disconnects, then when I get a person on the phone they cannot help and transfer me to get disconnected again.

Adt customer service is absolutely the worst of any industry I have ever dealt with. I've been a customer for 20 years and cannot get the service I pay for.
