KOA Holiday review: Staff worker

This is to whom it may concern this is to speak about the service of the employee's here at KOA Holiday in Davenport Florida, I visit many campsites a year with my wife and observe the location also the staff on their job titles, I have been here since August 16, 2022, and today is the August 18,2022 and we have encountered several faults in this campground. We have not been treated with respect or dignity in this facility. Number one my companion went to the ladies facility and found it very unpresentable, by saying this I mean feminine towels all over the floor and there was a mature women outside with a yellow staff shirt and my companion requested if she can clean the restroom for the reason it was very unsanitary and her response was I will get to when I can, we observe this staff member just drove away in a staff vehicle and went to the office. We waited for about 60 minutes for her to clean up the issue in the restroom facility and never returned. We requested change from the same worker for change for the washing machine she explained the office was closed but she can get me change, the individual returned with $10.00 in quarters, and I personally gave her a $20.00 dollar bill and the staff member claimed she had no change and never return with my amount that was due back to me. I also would like to know who from the staff is in charge of garbage pick-up. For this reason, when we check in we were explained every morning trash must be placed in front of the camp site. Trash is not being collected because I have had to take it back inside to avoid any outdoor creatures breaking the bags. Today we had a Issue with another mature lady and according to this staff member she worked for maintenance, one simple question was asked to her for the reason the staff was working on repairing electrical boxes, the question was, would we be without light for the reason we need our Air Conditioner, her response was don't worry about it is none of your business and if you stay without light that all. May god forgive me but I believe such a big corporation having employee's working for them with this type of attitude should not be working here. My neighbor and handicap mature lady was so disgusted with the restroom my companion had to help her for the reason she did her necessity on herself. So, I am sending you this email to inform you that I will be residing here for one more day and my findings will be forward online. One more thing, there are veterans here that have fought for this country for our freedom, and I see much discrimination against them, racism should not be included on any trip or visit that is unacceptable!
