In November, 2021 I visited Krystal Cancun for their tour and presentation. I was told that I could come back for a free week (actually 5 nights, I believe...he used both terms for the same thing). I did put $500 on my credit card and signed the paperwork. I left feeling like I could exchange and pay a differential, or go to one of the three Mexico Krystal resorts: Cancun, Cabo or Puerto Vallarta within the next 2 years, for free.
After I got home, I looked at the paperwork, and had some questions. I tried calling, but it took a while to get through. I was then told a different story, so I asked for my money back. The said no because it was past the 3 days. It took me two days to get home, and then get organized. Following right after this, my Mother took ill, and did go into the hospital for a while, but sadly passed. Then it was more important dealing with my grief, followed by dealing with her house, paperwork, etc.
I again called many times, trying to get a handle on how I could use this, only to have someone come on to try to sell me $3500 more. I have yet to be able to be able to use this vacation club. I have tried to book weeks, airlines, etc. Even with this "benefit" the prices are much more than I can get on the internet on other sites.
I would greatly appreciate my $500 being refunded. If not, I would appreciate the free week...5 nights would be fine.
