I'm complaining about LaPetite Academy 341 Volvo palkway it saddens me about this "used to be great place"since new staff started last 1-2 weeks there are crying kids at drop off and Several parents receive multiple calls for our crying children. We are interrupted multiple times at our place of work and threatened that we need to come pick up our kids as they are crying. As essential workers this is very distracting and unacceptable. We felt that the school supported military families but the new front staff cannot calm a crying toddler or distract or give some activities to calm and soothe the child. The child has been attending there and I feel like it says a lot that there's a lot of tears at drop off. Maybe having more hands at drop off will help relieve this issue but I'm pretty sure that calling parents to come get their children will eventually get you an empty school.
Desired outcome: Address staffs approach to toddlers
