Labaik Tours review: Avoid those scammers 10

I just came back on 15th July from Umrah trip and had wonderful trip. They provided us what they offered. this name is common name and must have some misunderstanding with other company.

Avoid these people. They're a fraud. Last year their name was VIP Hajj & Umrah. They have changed their name again. There's a huge lawsuit going on with them. Look them up by their previous name on facebook... Their victims started that link.
They're professional con men.

Many people are performing Hajj this year with Labaik tours who received their documents already and ready to leave for Saudi Arabia. I myself traveled with them for Umrah and had wonderful time of my life, and now going for Hajj with them along with my family inshallah. I already got my travelling documents last week with Hajj visa and ready to leave next week inshallah. This company works under A d a m Travel and can not be fraud.

This is "Labaik Tours" ( old name of VIP Hajj & Umrah ) who frauded hundreds of their customers. The people tied up with Adam travels are "Labbaik Tours" ( two B's ).

!FRAUD! Please do not trust this company all they do is fraud. They couldn't get visa for me but they issued no refund after that, so technically they stole my money. DO NOT trust them because of they are muslim, because in practice they ARE NOT behaving like muslim. Please take this warning seriously and do not send any money to them..

I think except for one everyone is saying that they are defrauded. I was impressed by sweet talk of Mr. S, who used all religious words in his conversation. I contacted them for Hajj 2014 for me and my wife. I told him in advance that we performed Hajj in 2012 and please check if there is any policy of Saudi Hajj policy which may disallow us to go this year. He very confidently said "no problem, I have been sending people every year repeatedly" Before sending money we again reconfirmed if we are getting visas ( because we both are professionals and we had to take unpaid leave), he again assured that it is no problem. Our flight was from NY and we had to buy our own tickets from our city to NY, we gain asked if our visas are secured? he again said yes no problem. THEN, just a week before our departure date, he broke the news that my wife visa is denied because she went for Hajj in 2012 but kept us hanging by saying that he is trying. He then suggested an illegal thing and asked us to make a new passport for my wife by declaring that our passport is lost. I immediately refused because it is crime to get second passport by lying and also it is a sin and we were going for Hajj and we would not lie at any cost. Now came the mater of refunding our money. First he said that he will do "something" when he come back from Hajj and then he flatly refused on the pretext that he has already paid for the services in Saudi Arabia and all money( $20, 000) is non refundable, Then he said that he has done "a great effort" and got the airline fare refunded which he offered to give back but I refused and I have FILED A LAW SUIT AGAIN THE COMPANY and I am determined to go all the way to get my money back INSHALLAH.

Delores J. you have never booked Travel with Labaik Tours. Please provide your ticket details such as ticket#, Date and PNR code t proof it.

I have performed Umrah with Labaik Tours. it was best experience of my life. They provided exactly all as they promised.

Here is another poof. We were about 60 + people traveled with them and had good umrah trip. Company also took us to Makkah Museum where no other company usually take groups, as I have gone few times with other companies. They also served food to entire bus while going makkah to madinah which they did not promise. Hotels, buses and service were excellent.

I registered for hajj in 2020 to Saeed the owner of Labaik tours.

Due to pandemic the Hajj did not take place and Saeed promised me he will refund Hajj money if I wait for a year. He never responded to any of my emails and very rarely answered my calls.

Today after 18 months when I again asked for my Hajj money as he requested earlier, he needed some time, but Saeed ended up blocking me saying don’t waste time and money and read contract.

And this is the excuse Saeed came up with after 18 months.

It’s my hard earn HAJJ MONEY and how can it be expected to be looted or given up just like that?

I always refrained from writing this review thinking one day Saeed will return my hajj money, but he ended up blocking me without returning a single penny.

UPDATE 9/20/2021: Today Saeed Mian Sikander sent me a THREAT message giving me three days’ time to remove my honest review or he will sue me and I may have to pay heavy price.

I did not know in US you don't get sued for stealing money, but you get sued for leaving honest review.

I never refused travel insurance. That itself is a lie. I will buy travel insurance if itinerary is shared with me. He has never asked me for my passports for visa, and never shared flights or hotel details. So, stop lying.

He mentioned his company accounts are running in negative, hence he can’t return the money. Is that my problem?

I have noticed the same complaint others have posted in the past about Saeed’s behavior and threats.

Instead of addressing the customer’s complaints, Saeed either argues or threatens them to remove their reviews.

These are all his tactics to deviate from the topic. The main issue is that he is telling me to forget the Hajj money.

When I asked for refund Saeed blocked me, now he unblocked me to tell me to remove my post within three days or I’ll get sued. You mean I am expected to get robbed and not leave a review or lodge a complaint.
Do whatever you want to do.

You have ran away with my money in the name of "Act of God" This is cleary Act of Devil.

I will see you in court and I will not give up until you return my Hajj money.
