Labour Department Parys review: About the staff that is not helpful and want to refer people to Sasol while they come every week to Parys to come assist with labour issues

We were here yesterday and then the papers did not had full details on it so we fixed the papers and came back today so today 1 of the guys wants us to go to Sasol because people from Bloemfontein will be in Sasol on Thursday and Friday and I told them yesterday that I have to be at work on Thursday so I won't be able to go to Sasol. So why do the labour open here in Parys if they show us away or if they are not trained to work with all kinds of claims like they saying? Please help because we really need people that's fully trained and professional
