Good day, please there is this book maker justbit.io I registered with them of recent like months ago. I started using them to place my bet with I made a first withdrawal with them.
The I continue place bet with them,
Then what really happen is that on 9th June 2024 I placed a bet on a cricket match, which the match played by 10th June 2024 by 1:00am after the match it took them couple of hours to settled it. Later on what I could see is void and return of stake instead of the match to settled as win for about over 12hours before they settled.
Then I message there support instant for them to rectify it and settled properly. And also send them a screenshot of the cricket score before they are like claiming that is a frozen match. Which I asked them since ever have been playing bet and loos have they ever void it before or tell me that is a frozen match.
Which they rectify and re-settled it after 24hours
Then after the settlement I place a withdrawal of 2,700trx left with 123 trx as balance which is on 12th June then am expecting my withdrawal fund to be paid.
Then after 72hours that they have suppose to pay me. I received a mail message on 17th June that my account is blocked with false allegation and clear all my funds with my balance before bouncing me out of my account.
1- participating in other collusion with others
2- Multiple accounts with same proxy
3- fraudulent action
Which are all lie, I have never for once have a multiple accounts with them and I have never for once share my device with anyone
Since when I have been deposit fund and Lossing, they have never see that one as fraudulent action against there company not until I won for them to pay they come up with false accusations.
Pls help me against this there scamming strategies and I want them to pay my funds
