This is to bring to your attention the utterly poor service provided by Labour Express Employment Agency.
I will vote without hesitation if there is no star. A terrible agency.
The agent, Ling Siak Kee, who prefers to be called SK, has poor post-sales service! After being informed my parents' maid had run away, stolen $20k, and borrowed S$10k from two loan sharks, she advised us to contact the police, report to MOM and select from their existing maids if we need one urgently. No other service was rendered! After I enquired about the owner of the agency, she told me more than 5 times to search for it online.
The reason given by SK: the helper has been with us for over a year. There is little she can offer, other than a reduction in fee of S$200 if we hire an existing maid from her. Would you consider placing your search for a helper with this agency?
Desired outcome: All thse FWs are all sourced from their Indonesian agency, so please at least attempt to contact them on our behalf. For goodness sake!
