Lady Nickya Whittington review: Thief

I searched for the flat and received the email from Lady Nickya Whittington. She offered me a flat for $13, 000 and provided the pics of it. It was really great and I agreed. She provided me the bank account and told to pay through Western Union. After I sent money, she only promised to provide documents, keys and etc. And suddenly she stopped to reply to my phone calls and emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
