On 7/29/2022 LAFLIN & WOLFINGTON tried to sell a house, but breach the Sales Agreement. The seller they represented did not remove his personal belongings from inside and outside of the house. The Sales Conract clearly stated that the premisses had to be clean of all personal belongings. They failed to enforce this with their client, and left me no choice but NOT to buy their client's house. The property was trashed. They attempted "after the closing date" to negotiate; lower price, remove the trash, etc. but they never attempted before the closing to clean-up the place. They had almost 2 months to do this. They were aware I had no place to live and tried to force me to buy the house with the trash inside and outside. I WOULDN'T.
They worst part is this real estate company is NOT advising their client to release my Ernest Money Deposit of $10,000. They truly sold their client a "bill of goods", saying they would sell his property for the amount he wanted and in the time he wanted. They did sell his house about 1.5 months later, but not to me. And their seller still will not release my $10,000 in Ernest Money after he breached the contract.
Laflin and Wolfington Realty have very unethical business practices.
Desired outcome: Return of my ERNEST MONEY, because your client breached the contract. Simple.
