I would like to illustrate my disappointment and log my complaint towards the poor services from financial department on 11 January, 10am.

It was a midnight and instead of waiting in the hospital for my insurance company to issue the Guarantee Letter for the payment, I told the officer that I will go back home first to rest and collect the bill and medicine on next day morning.

This came to my frustration when I proceed to the finance department on the next day morning for the bill where the officer (Malay lady) was telling me she could not find the bill and will find later and leave me unattended while she was attending the other patients. But in fact, my bill was actually leave at the first slip on the tray.

Half an hour of waiting and I was still suffering from the abnorminal pain. If she cannot locate my bill, at least she can escalate to her superior or other colleague instead of letting a patient wait for the bill without any ETA.

Towards my surprise, the officer only call the A&E receptionist on the guarantee letter confirmation when she got bill. Since my case was during the midnight, you should have plenty of time for the prep work to get all the documents ready to reduce the waiting time to the patient.
