Mr Sanjay can't be able to differentiate the two companies name.

He should refer the name Bab Alsham Foodstuff Trading LLC instead of Bab Alshamas Foodstuff Trading LLC.

I received a call a few months ago and they tried to tell me that I took out a payday advance loan in 2017 which I NEVER have! I told them they are full of crap and they got very loud and rude and hung up on me. I thought that would be then end of it. Today I received another call and spoke with a Marcus Allen who now proceeds to tell me that the loan was taken out in April of 2019. They had some previous employer information from 20 years ago and an address from over 16 years ago and they even had my DL number incorrect. They said they would NOT provide me the original loan documentation (or any documentation for that matter) until I pay them $300. He proceeded to talk over me and repeatedly refused to provide me with the documentation I asked for. He ended up hanging up on me. I called back and spoke to a Sunni Davis and she proceeded to tell me the same thing and would not provide me documentation and ended up hanging up on me as well. This is all ridiculous. Who in their right mind is going to pay someone $300 for a debt they never acquired; especially when the collector will not provide the original legal documentation with signed agreements and such. These people are like a virus. Be aware!

Scam business had all my personal info and said I owed 900$ on a credit card from 2015 I never had. Filed ID theft claim with FTC. Don't pay these people.

They called me and had my name and last four of my social. She started asking questions, but I told the lady that I won't give any info until I know why they called. Then she hung up, saying I'll deal with it later. Definitely seems like a scam.

Central Management Solutions, LLC keeps calling and bothering me, claiming that I owe them a loan, but I don't! The last loan I got was in 2017, and I already paid it off. I never heard from these folks before, so why do they have my details? Now I don't pick up their calls, and they keep leaving automated messages on my voicemail. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

I got a call from CMS about a $500 debt from 2014 that I didn't know about. I don't have much to go on except for the amount, so I'm worried this might be a scam. I asked the customer service representative (CSR) for more information to be sent, but they said they could only send it once I paid. I also asked which company filed the complaint, but I've never heard of them. CMS mentioned USAA bank, but when I called them, they said they have no record of this debt. I even offered to give them my email so they could send more information to verify, but they wouldn't send anything unless I paid the debt.

I keep getting lots of phone calls from a local number, even on my landline. Finally, I answered and heard a recorded message telling me to press 0 for customer service. I talked to some guy who told me that my social security number had a case connected to it and they were gonna send it "back to the lawyers." I told them to have a lawyer call me, but they said it's about a debt and wouldn't give me any more information.

About 10 minutes later, I got another call on my mobile. I pressed zero and got a different guy who wouldn't tell me anything. He only said he worked for Central Management Solutions. I calmed down and asked him who the original creditor was. It turned out to be a former company I used to work for and still work for, and they claimed I took a $500 advance (which never happened) years ago. He wouldn't give me their mailing address or any other contact info.

They have called enough, I don't owe anything to nobody just stop it or I will get a Fair Debt collection action lawyer against you!

Continues to call me 2-4 times per day with robot message. I have asked multiple time to stop calling me. They change their numbers frequently.

Central Management Solutions, LLC keeps on calling me nonstop, like 2-4 times every single day, with these annoying robot messages. I've told them countless times to quit bothering me, but it seems like they just don't get the message. And to make matters worse, they keep switching up their phone numbers all the time, so it's impossible to block them for good. It's beyond frustrating!

Central Management Solutions, LLC ain't no joke, let me tell ya. They're all about using tough-guy tactics to get their hands on some cash. They've been hounding me about an ancient payday loan from way back in [protected] (they claim it's from 2014, but who knows?). The thing is, in Pennsylvania, the statute of limitations has long expired on this debt. But that doesn't stop them from blowing up my phone with calls from fake local numbers. It's time for them to back off and leave me alone. I'm sending them a cease and desist, and they better listen up.

I keep getting calls from this lady named Charlie *** from CMS. She claims to be from a law firm and says she has a case against me. But I don't owe anyone anything. When I asked her about CMS and their location, she just hung up. These robo calls keep coming to my cell phone every weekday. The calls are coming from ***.

Central Management Solutions has been contacting me from a Scam Likely number ***. They're trying to confirm my social security information. I told them my name, but I won't give any more details until they explain why they're calling. Their representatives are really rude, asking for sensitive information without giving any reasons.

They keep calling me about a debt from 2011 that ain't mine. They call every day and they're so rude, even threatening to take me to court. They scare me so much, saying they'll send someone to my house to serve me. I've tried calling, but some jerk just hangs up and won't assist me. I'm 62 and in poor health. They really frighten me, I'm so scared that I spend all day looking out my window for this guy they're sending. I've contacted the sheriff, but they can't do anything unless something actually happens. Please, tell them to stop. Thanks a lot.

On 3/3/2022, I got a phone call yesterday. It was a machine, it didn't say the company name from the phone number with ***. It said my name and that I had to deal with a legal thing and stay on the line or they'll take legal action. I don't have any overdue debt or in collections of any kind. This is a scam and maybe they're trying to collect on fake debt. I'll report it to ComplaintsBoard.com, FTC, *** too, and maybe talk to my lawyer. Companies like this should be closed down!

This company called me and said I owe a payday loan to Timely Payday Loan for 265.00. The person who called me was named John Fuller. I want this to be investigated because they knew my banking info, social security number, birthday, and old address. I think this might be identity theft. The caller called from XXX-XXX-XXXX. I'm not sure if this is a real number because they tell you to press 0 to talk to someone. I decided to call back and I spoke with a Mike Davis. He said they're based in Atlanta, GA and told me I owed 710.00, but the first guy said 265.00. This is definitely identity theft and I want something to be done.

I got a call from a company called Central Management Solutions from Georgia saying I owe $361.25 from a payday loan called Castle Paday. I don't remember taking out this loan, but they had my social security number, date of birth, and old address from over 6 years ago. They said I took the loan on March 16th and processed it through my bank using a routing number. They also mentioned a lawyer named Brian *** from Atlanta, Georgia, Peachtree St., who is connected to their business and calling on his behalf. You can reach this person directly at XXX-XXX-XXXX, name Mrs. Ami ***. I'm worried about identity theft and that this might be a scam to get money from me. They told me to do my own research about this matter and who they are. I need help with this issue and want to prevent others from going through the same thing.

I got a call from XXX-XXX-XXXX and this robot voice said they gonna file a "complaint" against me. So I waited till someone picked up. This lady named Charlie O'day said I didn't pay back a payday loan. But I never took no payday loan in my life. I told her that and she tried to bully me, so I got loud. I told her to show me the loan papers. Then she hung up. So I called back a bunch of times. They said I can't ask for the loan papers and they threatened to mess up my credit and file "complaints" against me. That's illegal. I talked to this guy named John *** three times - his direct line is XXX-XXX-XXXX. He said he's the boss. But he wouldn't give me the loan papers I signed. CMS is trying to use my personal info to get money from me illegally. I want copies of all the stuff they got about this loan they say I took - everything about me and the loan papers.

I got contacted by CMS many times, but they never left a message. Finally, I spoke to a representative. The first one hung up on me right away. The second one said they were licensed by the state and would charge me. The last person, John *** (Mgr), gave me the claim details. However, I told him it was a fraud because I haven't lived at that address for over 20 years. He said he would send the information back, but mentioned that they had been sending communication to my old work address (which I haven't been employed at since 2010). I said I would file a police report, but I needed their address and contact information to send it. The manager said my account was noted as declined payment and that they were licensed by the state of Colorado. I asked for the address again, but they said it wasn't necessary and hung up. I called back and asked for the address once more, but they told me not to contact them again and hung up. This is not acceptable.

I got a call on November 1, from a guy named *** who works for Central Management Solutions, LLC. His number is ***. He told me I owed money for a payday loan to Cashnet USA. He said if I didn't resolve it, they would take me to court. I asked for more information, like the date of the loan and my account number. But he just kept saying I had to pay right away. So, I gave him my bank info and paid $208.95 on November 1. He said I had to pay the remaining $208.95 in 30 days.

After that, I started getting calls from other collection companies about the same debt. I told them I was already making payments, but they didn't listen. So, I called Central Management Solutions, LLC again, this time to their collection department at ***. The lady who answered said she saw that I made a payment on November 1, and the final payment would be on November 23. She said I would get a letter confirming that the debt was paid in full. But it's December 8 now, and I still haven't received anything.

Today, I got another call from a different collection agency trying to settle the same CashNet USA debt. This time, it was Central Management Solutions, LLC collecting the debt for *** in Georgia. At this point, I just want my $416.80 refunded. I think this might be a scam because the other collection agency said I should have received a credit card form with all the contact info, and they also said the debt was charged off. I'm going to dispute the charges with my bank too.
