Unable to reach anyone, not responding to calls or emails
I received a notice from the CA State Controllers office saying there is an amount from a settlement I’m entitled to but the company, Phoenix Class Action Settlements, has been unable to get in contact with me. Their office phone number, address and email is listed on the notice but I have been unable to get a response despite emailing and calling leaving voicemails multiple times now. I just now went to the company website and tried to submit information from their Contact Us page, but it will not load and submit.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response asap
The firm has not been responding to my requests to be removed from the class action lawsuit
The firm has not been responding to my requests to be removed from the class action lawsuit. I signed onto it to receive a payment. Now I want to be removed from it.
I filled out an affidavit of forgery for a stolen check that Phoenix Administrator's sent to the wrong address
I filled out an affidavit of forgery for a stolen check that Phoenix Administrator's sent to the wrong address. The affidavit was sent by registered mail and they received it, but they haven't contacted me for any resolution. They said they would update me, but that was weeks ago. It took two months to get this far with the affidavit. I want to know if they will issue another check. They have the affidavit, but they won't give it to the bank.

I was in the class action *** home Healthcare Case No.[protected]-CU-OE-CXC
I was in the class action *** home Healthcare Case No.[protected]-CU-OE-CXC. I still haven't got any check since the case settled on August . I contacted Phoenix class action administration solution many times, and each time (5), they said they did mail me a check, but they will send another one. I'm tired of calling and emailing them. I don't think they will send me a check, and I'm not sure if they paid the other members of the class action lawsuit either.
I'm trying to get my law suit check that's rightfully mine
I'm trying to get my law suit check that's rightfully mine. A check was sent to my old address a year ago. I called the only number available to Phoenix administrative solutions and gave the lady my new address. She said I'd receive my check in two weeks, but I never got it. So, I called back and she said it's been *** weeks. The 6-week mark was approaching, so I called again. This time, she said it would take 6-8 weeks. Then she mentioned that I'd have to retrieve it from the state. When I asked to speak to someone else who could provide answers and assistance, she abruptly hung up on me. However, the check wasn't scheduled to be sent to the state until 2/14/2022. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?
My husband got a **** for $7,206, but Phoenix only paid him $4,166
My husband got a *** for $7,206, but Phoenix only paid him $4,166. We asked them many times about the missing 3k, but they never responded, except to say they're sending a *** with the correct amount. That's fine, but where's the 3k my husband should get for his settlement? This place is so rude, they won't answer calls or emails. *** was super rude when I asked about the ***. I contacted the *** and will reach out to their audit department to investigate these guys. It seems like they're up to something fishy. Other complaints on ComplaintsBoard.com are just like ours. This company needs to be checked out. People aren't getting the money they're owed from settlements.
This company gave me a check from a former worker as part of a lawsuit for over $600
This company gave me a check from a former worker as part of a lawsuit for over $600. They sent it to me more than 2 months ago in March . As soon as I got the check, I reached out to them. They have 2 phone numbers, but they never answer. The only other way to talk to them is through email. I emailed them when I got the check to tell them that it's hard to read and asked for a new one. I sent the email about 2 months ago and got a response in 2 minutes saying they'll cancel the old check and send a new one. That was also 2 months ago in March. After not hearing from the Phoenix settlement administrator, I emailed them again 6 weeks later to ask for an update. I didn't get a response for 2 weeks, so I waited another 2 weeks and emailed them again to ask about the check's status. I still haven't heard back. I just wanted to complain about this process...
I'm part of a class action lawsuit called **** vs
I'm part of a class action lawsuit called *** vs. *** Foods LLC. Last May, I was supposed to receive a payout of $1400, but the check got sent back by mistake and I never got it. I've spent hours of my time trying to sort this out. I've called this company so many times, left voicemails, sent emails, and I have proof of all this. ***, who works there, is really rude when I manage to get through. Just yesterday, they took my call and then put me on hold without warning, and when they finally came back, they refused to talk to me. It's really frustrating. I'm partially disabled due to a car accident, and we really need the money that I'm legally entitled to. This company hasn't paid me what I'm owed, they won't return my calls or emails, and they won't send me my money. They won't even explain what's going on or make sure the money goes to the right address. And when I do manage to talk to them, all they do is make excuses and keep delaying things. Every time they promise to pay me, the money never shows up. If this company won't give me my money, I'm ready to take legal action to get what I deserve.
Hello, my name is concealed for privacy
Hello, my name is redacted. I received a check from Phoenix Settlement Administrators on 3/24/2022 related to a legal matter. Unsure of the reason, I contacted them and learned it involved an issue with Econo Lodge. A lawsuit had occurred, and I was inadvertently included. I was told to expect a significant sum. Without my consent, no attorney was appointed on my behalf. I was entitled to direct updates and a larger sum than the $34.32 check I received, which I haven't cashed. My inquiries to Phoenix Settlement Administrators were met with hostility, and further calls revealed they were just an answering service. I've sought the ComplaintsBoard.com's help to investigate these companies.
This company sent me a letter sayin they were the lawyers to a class action lawsuit that I was included in
This company sent me a letter sayin they were the lawyers to a class action lawsuit that I was included in. It was a claim form that I had to send back in order to be included in the claim, and receive my part of the settlement, which I filled out and sent it back through *** to the mailing address that was provided in the letter. A few weeks later I received the letter I sent out back and it said return to sender on it, I'm not sure why. So that's when I tried to fax it to them a few times, and the fax wouldn't go through. I called and left a few voicemails and never got a call back so I kept calling until I finally got someone on the phone. I explained to the lady what the issue was and she told me I had nothin to worry about and that I didn't need to send the claim form unless I was tryin to opt out of the settlement and she reassured me that I had nothin to worry about and that I didn't have to do anything else, and that I would be included in the settlement and even took down my new mailing address to make sure I received the check to the correct place. I knew the judgment was gonna happen on February 22 of 2022 so I reached out in the beginning of March askin about the status of it and I was told that the settlement was approved and the checks will be sent out on March 22. I sent an email on the 27th of March askin for the status of the checks and if they were sent out on the 22nd like I was told when I called and I got a reply, askin me to verify my first and last name along with my mailing address in the last four of my social which I provided and then I was told that the checks have not been sent out yet and that they would be sent out at the end of the month and to check back the followin week. So today April 3 I called to see if the checks have in fact been sent out yet and the lady who answered the phone told me I was not gonna be receivin a check because I did not send back the claim form. I was given false information and lied to.

This is happening to me, too! Extremely frustrating when I received a notice from the State Controllers Office about my entitlement funds!
