What I ordered is NOT what u received. First the website I ordered from (Mumby’s) said they were made and shipped in the USA (California). After a month of not receiving a tracking ir anything I reached to PayPal. Found out that after I clicked purchased I was directed to and purchased from AN & Associates. I emailed them and their wmail bounces back as u deliverable. I stated I wanted a refund and was finally sent a tracking number that didn’t exsist. Weeks later witt PayPals help u got another tracking and item was delivered today. I ordered a life size grave digger and got a hand palm statue.

I ordered this pair of crocs in October, 2022 and paid through PayPal. It was quite a while before I received the package. The crocs were great but were the wrong size. These should be arrested for massive scams and every district attorney and FBI should look into this case. I ordered the above item through PayPal, December, 2020. February, 2021 I sent an email requesting the item. I received a response saying 'due to covid, the shipping has been delayed.' In March, I received a mini chainsaw blade, but no chainsaw so I emailed pictures and requested the item I originally ordered. In April, I repeated my request to the company. A week later I requested intervention from PayPal.
The resolution is that I should pay to return the unwanted item (Interernational postage, receipt requested, insured) and then wait to be refunded for the item I ordered.
Why am I given the burden of putting out more money in order to receive what is mine? I'd prefer receivng what I ordered; but a refund will do. The burden should be on the perpetrator, not the victim!

Ordered a miniture battery operated hand held chainsaw from this "holidayshoppingspot" website. Those pictures are of a CHAINSAW - which is what I ordered. What they sent was just a chain. Customer Support is not cooperative and claims a chain is a VARIANT of a chainsaw. Uh NO! A variant of a product is something like a color or a size - or maybe a model number. A variant is not a "piece of" a product.
