Stay Away from Integrity Admin Group!
I filed a complaint, it took them 1 week to reply via EMAIL. Not only that the reply was vague, it did not provide any solution. I paid a 4 year warranty coverage supposedly but this is what you'll get. Good luck calling their service assistance. I have called more than 5X on different days, they will put you on hold for more than 45 mins. What a total waste of payment to this company. They don't deserve even a point.

Horrible service
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my recent experience with your company. I have been a premium member for quite some time now, diligently fulfilling my end of the bargain by never missing a payment. In return, I had an expectation of receiving prompt and reliable service when I needed it.
Recently, when I filed a claim for a repair, I had every reason to believe it would be covered as per the details outlined in your brochure. However, the reality has been nothing short of a letdown.
The maintenance shop had contacted you promptly with the repair estimate, after which, your company took a staggering 3-4 days just to concoct a response. And what was the response? A flimsy excuse not to fulfill the claim that should have been covered as per your own guidelines.
The handling of this matter has not only wasted my time but has also brought to light the unprofessional behavior and blatant disregard for the customer, which seems to be your modus operandi. It's a real shame to see that my hard-earned money has been invested in a service that doesn't respect or uphold the principles of good customer service or honesty.
Your company's behavior is completely undeserving of even a single star. As a premium member, I was expecting a better, more efficient, and honest service. The situation leaves a bitter taste and a clear message that customer satisfaction is not high on your list of priorities.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is unprofessional, and a prime example of how to NOT run a warranty service. For starters, they refused to even pay 50% of the costs to get my A/C fixed (I asked SEVERAL other warranty companies, and told them the exact reason integrity wasn’t paying it in full, they said this was COMPLETELY unacceptable) then to top it off, the Home Warranty department stopped answering my phone calls. I had to call someone from the auto warranty department in order to get help, and she witnessed them purposefully ignoring me!
The definition of integrity is “The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness”… in that case, this company DESPERATELY needs a name change because their service is unsatisfactory in EVERY aspect

The third time they told the mechanic it was cover he put the part in then they told him I canceled my policy. I called them to see why they told that and they cancel it. Because information they got from carfax. Then they told I had to send a cancelation letter to get a refund. I did that and it took 2 weeks for it applied. THEN THEY SAID I WOULD A REFUND IN 8 TO 12 WEEKS. Then I called after 15 weeks and they told it was not enter properly and it would be another 8 to 12 weeks. To get a refundit takes 28 to 30 weeks.Which is 7 to 8 mos. If they expedited it might be here in 8 weeks. So don't waste you money they don't cover what they and it a real hassle to get a refund.
Integrity admin group IS A FRUAD. It is the worst insurance anyone can have. Please stay away from them. The representatives are truly unprofessional. After paying close too $200 a month we started having troubles around the home. When ever we called it was never guaranteed that they will cover. I had an air conditioner problem and they said someone will call to make an appointment to come out and check it. No one ever called and when I did call they claimed there was a ticket made but wasnt sure how long it will take for someone to come check. I wanted to cancel my policy and this is where everything made a turn. The representative was truly rude and did not allow me to cancel my policy. I hanged up and called again the next representative was the same. She sounded sweet in the beginning and I thought she was going to finally give me the help I needed. But she didnt she was the same as the previous representative and wasnt helping to end the policy.. she even told me to hold my breath while complaining.They just want your money. As of now Im still struggling to end my policy. Theyre not there to help, theyre there to scam.
Tried to cancel service the same day it was set up and the supposed manager belittled my decision and argued with me for ten minutes, refusing to cancel my service even after I asked him 15 times. He eventually disconnected the call. The manager was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I will never do business with such employees, and I will continue to inform my friends and family about the nature of the business conducted by this establishment. They are scammers and lack professionalism.
Ive been with these guys since August and and I finish paying for 18 months on March 2022 when it was time for them to fix my car they told me I didnt have a policy it was castle of nine dollars didnt never hear from them guys until it was time to pay their are half Can anyone help me to get my money back
Horrible Company, similar complaints as below. Mailed in my refund request, took them over a month to post to my account. Then continues to tell me refund will go out next week until notified of an 8 to 12 week return window. Now going on week 15. Ready to file fraud.

I thought things were well but when I actually had a higher dollar *** to get fixed on the truck they sort of gave me the runaround and once gave me a phone number when they were supposed to be giving me a fax number, and I am now more than a month beyond the service and still have not been reimbursed.I waited a decent amount of time after getting the information finally faxed and was hoping to be reimbursed for now that little over a week I have been calling them every day that I can to try and talk to someone and no one is returning my phone calls. I wish that I didnt just take their word and actually checked to make sure that they were ComplaintsBoard.com accredited. I can honestly say that I cannot recommend anyone to IVG for warranty or anything otherwise. Their customer service and follow up manner does not seem as professional as it was in the beginning.
I decided to cancel this policy one day after I had taken it out. The reason for cancellation was the *** the definition of service regarding normal wear & tear.I called customer service and was grilled by the woman on why I wanted to cancel my policy. Repeatedly I asked to have my policy cancelled to no avail. I finally asked to speak to her supervisor and he gave me the same issues. I stated repeatedly that I wanted to cancel the policy, refund the $50.00 paid yesterday and to stop the automatic payment of $145.00 set for the next week. I had to firmly state that I wanted the policy cancelled. He finally agreed 14 minutes later. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im completely tired of dealing with this wArrenty company. They are horrible at communicating, there operators are rude, they files tickets and you dont hear from anyone after, takes forever! I currently have a leak in my home, they said they will put in a ticket to send someone, that someone will call me right back and I still havent heard from anyone. Mind you I called the emergency line. They said someone is on call today and will call me, havent heard from no one. The two people on the phone have a fake background audio on replay of a call center. They threaten and insult customers with false information about inaccurate financial consequences. If Integrity Administrators, *** is a legit company then they are contracting illicit vendors operating under false pretense.
Purchased the platinum plan for $3,600 for 6 years and 100 thousand miles. I had 20 thousand miles on it at the time. The agent told me they covered bumper to bumper excluding oil change, tires, brake drums, and wipers. At 42 thousand miles a sensor went out for a right side shock that cost $600. I have a $100 deductible. The service agent from the dealership called and they said it wasn't covered. I called and the representative gave me a song and dance that there were around 20 items not covered on my plan which is the best one. I informed him that the sales representative had lied to me about what is and isn't included. He started to raise his voice to me so i let him have it verbally. They also told me i would have 18 payments. After i paid it off i was charged for another month. When i called to ask why the woman representative said there is a down payment fee. When i told her i wasn't informed of that she said i must have forgotten that. Another lie. This company is trash. They initially lied about the policy, then lied when i told them what my initial conversation was with the representative when i bought it. Stay clear from this company. They are liars and thieves. There are many more than 20 things not covered on my platinum plan as he claims. I can't prove my conversation on the phone when i purchased the warranty, but i will be turning them into the ComplaintsBoard.com. Once again, shop around for the best warranty policies. Outstanding help with questions regarding what is covered and excluded for both auto and home warranty contracts. Requested new ID cards and policy information. There was confusion on billing and payments and I received total clarification on the different issues I had from each one of the customer service representatives. I received the necessary information I was lacking from a particularly helpful agent. She looked into my contracts and noticed I was due a discount, which was promptly taken care of.
Another representative spent a considerable amount of time ensuring I understood the policy and the claims process. He made certain I would receive new ID cards and policy information. I was very pleased with the assistance he provided. The two supervisors also reassured me they were committed to ensuring customers were treated with excellent service and respect.
I have not always experienced customer satisfaction from representatives of different companies, and when I do, I believe in recognizing employees who take the time to ensure customers are cared for with the utmost satisfaction. I'd moved in with my elderly mom (84) and, upon reviewing her finances and bills, found that she and my recently deceased dad had paid for this valuable plan for years and not used it. Then when I looked at their car repair bills and reviewed the Integrity Plan, I was more upset that they'd paid OUT OF POCKET for thousands of dollars of repairs which were covered under the Integrity plan.I called the Integrity *** and spoke with ***. She was kind enough to listen to our concerns, review my parents numerous receipts and wotk eoth her manager to request a special exception - so that Integrity could honor eligible claims submitted.So many of the elderly with older cars place their trust in advertised repair warranties. I'm thrilled to say that Integrity justified that trust for my family. I give them, and their staff, the highest possible recommendation. Integrity, kindness and honor mean everything...

I purchased this plan on March 28, 2022. My name is Jaznique, and considering my dad can cover my expenses, such as my car, I am willing to cancel services that I am not personally paying for if instructed to do so. Moreover, since we are the ones paying this company rather than receiving money from them, one would assume that fulfilling a customer's request would be straightforward. Unfortunately, this assumption proved incorrect.
When I attempted to cancel the plan following the guidelines provided in my booklet, the interaction was far from satisfactory. I reached out for additional guidance, and the person claiming to be the Manager, who did not disclose his name, implied that I had not read the instructions properly. After I assured him that I had, he condescendingly questioned my understanding of contracts.
I found it inappropriate for someone in a managerial position to challenge my intelligence. Following his advice, I called the number listed in the packet. During a muted call with the Manager, I contacted Omega Auto Care, as indicated on the cancellation form. They informed me that my actual service provider was Integrity Admin Group and provided me with a contact number. Ironically, this was the same number I was already connected to with the Manager.
The Manager's behavior lacked both integrity and basic courtesy, which is especially disappointing considering his role in customer service. His attitude was dismissive when I expressed confusion about the company's processes, a situation where clarification from a Manager would have been appropriate. Instead, he inappropriately inquired about my financial capability to handle a vehicle breakdown post-cancellation, which was none of his concern. My intent was not to negotiate a discount or seek financial advice; I simply wanted the address to submit my cancellation request.
The Manager's pushy, demanding, and hurtful demeanor has prompted me to reassess my mental health, casting me back into a state of distress.
I called to put a claim in to have my plumbing fixed. I was told someone would call me back to set up a time to come out by the end of the day, but there was no call. I called back the next day and was informed that they have a 24-hour policy, and someone would call by the end of the day. Still, there was no call. On the third day, I called back and was told that my plan did not cover my plumbing issue. At that point, I lost my patience and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was assured that a supervisor would call me back. Frustrated, I said I wanted to cancel my contract with this company, and that's when they connected me with a representative who was extremely patient and knowledgeable about my policy. He thoroughly walked me through it and even gave me advice on my plumbing issue. If the first three people had explained things the way he did, I wouldn't have waited days for a call that wasn't coming. This representative is the best, and because of his excellent service, I decided not to cancel my contract with the warranty company. - D
I telephoned in because of an issue I had with billing for AUTO Repair Protection. The amount that had been deducted was higher than the amount that had been agreed to in the initial conversation. I was blessed and fortunate enough to speak with Ms. P, who actually took the time to explore and review my introductory call, where she was able to find the reason for the change in billing payment. Ms. P not only apologized, but explained what happened which led to us coming to an amiable resolution. Ms. P was pleasant, courteous, professional, helpful, and gracious. It was a pleasure speaking with her, and if recommendations are considered she should be in charge of Customer Service Training. Truly the Best!

The transmission in our Tahoe failed right before our move. The great news was our extended warranty would cover it. The bad news, a national shortage of transmissions. The warranty provider went above and beyond, helping with a rental car and ensuring our vehicle was ready in time for our move. With the stress of a military move and being a one-car family with four boys, their prompt responses and assistance in securing a transmission when the shop couldn't find one was a relief. I highly recommend this company for insurance needs and will use them again.

I received a phone call from a person that stated he represented Integrity Admin Group. He sounded very professional at first but he kept repeating that another company is a fraud and they have (I can't remember exactly) 50 current lawsuits against them. My thought is now he really is going overboard to sell my a warranty for my used car that I just purchased. He did have a great warranty proposal for my newly purchased vehicle and the price seemed reasonable. At that time he perked my interest so I asked him for some documentation describing this great offer. He then said I would need to place $100 deposit before he could provide any documented information. This, of course, sounded unethical and I told him that doesn't sound right. His response turned from a motivated and confident professional to a frustrated salesman that barked back at me for requesting what most people should do when entering a legal binding contract. After that phone call, I decided to look into IAG on the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) website. I was surprised to see that a reputable company that rated 4 stars ( based on 44 customer reviews). If IAG does have this policy, I hope they find out that this type of sales pitch is unethical. I also read some of the negative reviews (8 neg reviews) for IAG. One of the responses from those 8 reviews, IAG stated that "We only process third party claims and do NOT sell warranties". I am having a hard time with IAG and do not recommend taking the time to let them sell you anything!

We purchased a home warranty for 36 mo. and paid in full for any future services. On Nov. 2021 we placed a call for our heater, the rep stated a provider would call us back to schedule an appointment within 48hrs. Weeks went by and no one called to service our heater in the winter. We had to get someone else to services it and we submitted the ***. They denied our claim for the *** even though it was done by a license professional (corp. company). We just couldn't go without heat with children in the home. On March 3rd and 4th 2022, we called because our hot water heater would not heat up. Same situation happened. We submitted a claim and this time a provider did come to the house to services our hot water heater. The provider came over and just did a cleaning to the hot water heater. In less than 2wks the hot water heater stops working again. We call back and they give us a different claim # (March 21st, 2022) & stated a provider will call us. March 24th and we still have not heard from a provider. We call back and they apologize stating none of the local providers has taken our claim and that our claim has now been expedited. Today is April 11th 2022 and we still have not had our hot water heater serviced. I called again and the same information was given. The claim has been expedited ("R.O.B." the highest form of expedite), but still no light at the end of this tunnel. We have given this company thousands of dollars and they have not come through with their end of the deal. This is unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THE WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I tried to cancel this plan by the procedures contracted in my booklet and when I was asking for further instructions the alleged Manager; who told me his name was (***) verbatim said that I must not have read it, when I said I did he told me its a contract & do I know how contracts work? Why is my intelligence being brought into question by someone who is in the position of slight power? I was then told to call the number that was in the packet. When I muted the call between me and *** I hurried and called the number on the actual cancellation application which was the Omega auto care which is located in *** then informed me that I am actually with Integrity Admin Group and they gave me the number to call. The number given to me was the exact number I was on the phone with speaking to ***. Mr. was not showing integrity or even common decency as someone who literally works in *** It seems that *** is very lax at the establishment & if a costumer says they are confused about something pertaining to the company, you as a Manger should clarify. Instead ***; which I cant stress this enough had verbatim asked me how will I be able to afford a breakdown once its canceled? As if thats any of his business what me or my parents can afford. I did not call for a discount nor did i call for money advice. But, as a first time customer with *** was not only professional and affordable, the information was clearly explained and truly provided my family a peace of mind since Im widower,mother, and grandmother with only one car. From the first time I had to use my warranty service in November, *** the morning as my daughter was getting ready to take my grandchildrens to school and go to work. I spoke to ***, he is the claim manager. He was able to guide me through the process of getting a repair shop close to my home. He did all of the research in finding a good auto shop. In the process of trying to get my car fix with this repair shop they had to replace the alternator and battery. He took care of the rental that we need to keep our daily routine going. From day one, *** has been there above and beyond in every aspect of getting my car fix. He always got right back to me. Answer every question.Hes honest, awesome , amazing, and patience and his voice is very friendly. His customer service skills is exemplary. I very much appreciate his support and assistance in getting my car back working. In my conclusion, Im very happy *** was the claim manager that I had communication in solving my car issues. I took an auto policy with Integrity Admin Group via Warranty on June 1 for 48 months at $3640.00 . I called several times for them to send me coverage booklet and card. They finally sent me via email the booklet and card at a late date.A friend and I were coming home from dinner one evening when the emissions light came on and indicated AC was off. I then noticed the temp indicator was getting extremely hot. I pulled of the road, as it was a very busy intersection (pleasant hill/***). When temp indicator looked like it was comg down I proceeded back onto hwy. Car then started getting very hot again. We began praying that we could get to an Auto Zone across the street. When I told them what was happening they immediately told me the car needed coolant and that I should get it in for repair immediately.So I took it to *** the next day and they told me the water pump was leaking and should be replaced. So I gave consent for them to proceed. I failed to call Integrity Admin before the work began. I'm an 83 widow with severe heart condition and was stressed thinking of the price involved, but it had to be done so I gave consent without calling Integrity Admin first. I just was not even thinking about that due to the circumstances. I did call Integrity Admin but they told me they would not reimburse me because I did not call them prior to repair. I was shocked. I had paid a premiums and now they're refusing. I was stressed out and tried to explain to the woman at Integrity Admin but she was very rude and overtalked me stating the policy says you have to get prior permission. I realize now that was what I should have done and apologized, but she was determined not to care about my circumstances and stress. She kept yelling and wouldn't allow me to talk. I talked to her again today, 9/29 and she was just as rude. i will try to get my money back as they did not comply with their name (Integrity) at all. I just wanted to let people know what they will encounter when dealing with Integrity Admin Group.I'm really sorry I had to deal with this.
Ive worked for several of warranty companies and I can say that this company does it right and really cares about their customers and employees.
We called integrity 2 weeks ago, they were supposed to find someone to fix our water heater. They never returned our calls and we called them 4 times and all we get is the run around and nothing. They scammed us for 100 a month! We never will recommend and We're canceling our insurance through them.

Covered repair denied - do not use them
First, it took them 8 days to send someone out to look at the repair that was needed. It took another 3 days to get back to us with a denial on our claim. We had been speaking with our mechanic throughout the whole process and knew exactly what repair needed to be done. The report that Integrity sent to us was not at all what our mechanic said. We get completely shut down when we try to talk to claims or someone in management. We offered to get on a three-way call with their claims manager and our mechanic, but they refused.
Desired outcome: We want our covered repair to be taken care of.
