Avoid. At all costs. You're better off goin directly to the police. MyCRC is a complete waste of time. I tried usin it to check someone's background and it was a total mess. The website is confusin and hard to navigate. The information it provided was all jumbled up and hard to understand. I couldn't even find the basic details I was lookin for. It's like they don't even care about accuracy or makin it user-friendly. I ended up havin to go to the police anyways to get the proper information. Save yourself the trouble and skip MyCRC. It's just not worth it.

They take your ID which can be used for everything and give you nothing. MyCRC is a total waste of time and money. I had high hopes for this service, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The website is confusing and difficult to navigate. It took me forever to find the information I needed.

When I finally managed to submit my ID, I expected to receive some sort of report or confirmation. But no, all I got was a blank screen. I have no idea if my ID was even processed or if I wasted my time for nothing. It's frustrating and infuriating.

Furthermore, the customer support is non-existent. I tried reaching out for assistance, but I received no response. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I feel like I've been scammed.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid MyCRC at all costs. It's a complete rip-off. There are much better alternatives out there that actually provide you with the information you need. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this useless service.

I ain't happy with this company, man. I paid online to get info on my criminal record, but they didn't give me squat. And now they don't wanna give me my money back. Not cool, dude.

I didn't have no problem with mycrc.ca. I followed they instructions and gave them my ID card and took a selfie with the relavent details and I got my first background check on my own.

I gotta say, I'd seriously reconsider shelling out cash for a police check. They claim it'll be done in 15 minutes to 4 hours, but guess what? Six days later, I get a letter saying I gotta go get my fingerprints done. Like, seriously? I already gave 'em my ID four freakin' times! I handed over my license and passport, and even sent 'em a copy of my record from 2019. I mean, I get a criminal record check every year for work, so I know the drill. But man, before you drop 60 bucks or more on these guys, do your freakin' homework. They ain't what they say they are, that's for sure. Total waste of my precious time. I wouldn't recommend 'em to anyone, ever.

I applied for a police criminal record check with MyCRC. The process was fairly straightforward and I provided all the necessary information. However, when I received the report, it was not accepted by the organization I needed it for. This has left me quite disappointed and I am now requesting a refund.

myCRC used my information to run a criminal record check but didn't find anything. When I went to the RCMP to get fingerprinted, as myCRC asked, they didn't know about them and it just made things confusing. I had to pay the RCMP to do the right thing that myCRC said they were doing.
