Hired this company to help me with my yard. Kept charging me and provided inept and inexperienced work only to re-schedule to rectify. Work was never rectified, and he stated no charge on some services but did not perform them. Just threw decorated rock placards with no thought whatsoever. Made a mess and told me I would have to clean it. Did not place rock formations them in the rock just thrown on top. Asked for white rock and gave me gray rock with pieces of cloth, piece of pottery, plastic pieces and other garbage (I have pictures). All the plants planted in rock died. He did fix the structure he created in the front, but why did it collapse in the first place? After 1 1/2 years I am many thousands poorer, and my yard looks worse than it did before he began.
For the last 8 months kept cancelling due to weather. It was raining in Orange City, but NOT in Oviedo where the job site was. It was sunny. Kept cancelling parts of the job for he would not come out to rectify his mistakes. I have a mess and do not know what to do. I am filing this so one else gets ripped off like I have been. My church warned me not to believe people who preach Bible verses in their ad (after). If they have to do that you know something is wrong. They preach honesty and integrity, but I do not think they know the meaning of the words. Being a recent widow, I guess they felt I would be an easy target. I have learned and passing on this knowledge to you to protect you. There are honest companies out there, this is not one of them.
He needs to fix the items he indicated were N/C for I paid for them, and he was supposed to come to fix them. Never did. I want at least a partial refund so I can pay “real professionals” to do the work. Now he is ignoring me.
Desired outcome: At least some refund for I have to hire other professionals to do the work not done.
